May I suggest you take off the ".exe" download? Since it's outdated, its better deleted or updated.

I propose that speed allows for spell-dodging, and each dodge consumes a set amount of stamina points depending on the caster's MAGIC vs target's SPD.

Hey, can someone tell me how to use a .rar file or like a typed version of how to download and install the newest version?

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z465.exe
install that, open the rar file with it (it should be just double clicking once 7zip is installed), extract folder to location of choice, open game
